Hi crewcase, Have you tried either downloading, installing and running Malwarebytes for Mobiles (link above) or doing a factory reset? A factory reset will restore your phone to a factory default condition. It will be like you first bought it. Backing up your phone will save your data but you cannot restore your phone from the backup without re-introducing the problem apps. If you wish to save things like pictures etc download to a PC before resetting to factory default.
