The disc accepter will not take a disc like it should I have to forcefully put the disc in with much resistance and that does nothing I still can’t play a game or anything iv searched all over the Internet cannot find anyone with this same problem help please
Sounds like you need a new disc drive. Theses drives are one of the weak points of the Xbox Ones. Every once in a while I’ve found one that can be fixed but most of the time it’s better to replace the drive.
Hey I’ve had this problem every once in a while for a few months now and I haven’t had to replace the disc drive. I found that if you have this problem, just do the manual eject, even if there’s no disc in, then try to put your disc in. This always works for me and it’ll keep you from having to buy a new drive for you’re Xbox. If this doesn’t work then replacing the drive is probably your best bet.

I have the disk problem as well and I have never acc cleaned it so I’m wondering is it the dust that is causing this
I tried the manual eject hole in the side and nothing happened! until I discovered there was no bloody disc in it! now I think I may have damaged it because I have to force the disc in and it won’t read it
