The wire won’t retract so earbuds are dangling. I have the version that is supposed to retract when you pull on it. i got this as a gift 2 months ago… please help. Thank you
You received it 2 months ago, right? Is there still warranty on it? I would return it, to get a new one or to get it fixed.
