Was working fine, then won’t turn on, battery is full.
William, Try a reset, remove the batteries and A/C adapter from the camera. Pull the batteries out and then put back in to reset the camera. This will reset the internal hard disk, possibly it had a malfunctioned. If this has no effect you may want to clean all battery contacts and replace all batteries with new recommended batteries.
