My freezer is working good but my fridge side ain’t cooling. The fan is running in the back.

Hi, You need to listen if you can hear if the evaporator fan in the freezer compartment is running or not when the compressor motor is running. It is behind a panel so you can’t see it. The fan will stop when a door is opened and will start again when the doors are shut. You may have to put your ear against the fridge to hear it stop when you open a door and start again when you close the door. If you can’t hear it at all then it may be a faulty fan or the fan may be iced up. If it is iced up this prevents cold air being blown into the refrigerator to cool it down. The freezer will still be cold, because that’s where the evaporator unit which provides the cooling is located. If it is iced up then this could be caused by a faulty defrost heater or defrost thermostat. What is the make and model number of the fridge?
