My furby just quit moving and his eyes want to stay shut .so i put a piece of paper in 1 eye lid to keep them open. Verbally he is ok .just NO MOVEMENT AT ALL..what can i do to fix?.is there an fix it shop for furny? So i can get him fixed ?
The small 6V brushless DC motor went wrong. I had the same issue. You can replace it with one from a PC DVD reader (this is the door opener motor). Shaft is smaller but it’s ok, diameter is good. You need a solder iron as well to replace electronic part from DC motor.
gaylee marie check the Light sensor photocell in Furby’s forehead. I would start on that one and see if it is still functioning. For way more info on the Furby, check this site. It has great information and plenty of autopsy pics. Attached is the diagram for the Furby’s electronics. check it out and see if that will help to bring Furby back. Hope this helps, good luck.
