I have had my Fitbit blaze for about one month. It was a gift. About a week ago the heart monitor indicator stopped working. There is no longer a green light, the heart icon does show up but only with – beside it. Now I no longer get reports on my sleep or my heart rate. Where can I go to get this problem fixed? Otherwise, the watch is fine. All other areas are working normally.
It should be covered under warranty. I would contact the person who gave it to you, tell them it needs to go in for a warranty repair and request a receipt.
