Anyone can help or fix my phone please! Yesterday my kid is watching YouTube and the suddenly shut off by itself and never turn back on again. I gave it to the repair guy, he tries several of different charging port and batteries but no hope :( he told me it could be motherboard issue! Any idea? Thanks
Hi, Have you been using cheap cables by any chance? If so, you’ve damaged something called the tristar chip, and this will need replacing by someone who can microsolder. :-)
@gedo1992 yes sir, I used the cheap cable from gas station, and sometimes charged with my 3.0 charger, it’s really have no problems but untill now Please help!
