my lcd ipad 2 display coloured lines on the screen. i have tried to restore but it doesn’t work

This is usually related to damage to the Lcd cable, try unplugging the cable and reseating it, also try to clean the connector on the logic board and the cable itself. If this doesn’t work, try replacing the cable, and if that is also unsuccessful, you will have to replace the Lcd. :-)
