My iPad Air is cracked in the inside. How do I know, well i can’t feel it on the outside and the screen isn’t working. I’ve checked for LCD damage but there is none noticeable. I simply rested my shin on my iPad and I hear a crack but it sounded different. What should I do?

If the LCD was cracked, you would know right away as the screen would be all discoloured, have black splotches etc. When you say the screen isn’t working, do you mean it won’t respond to Touch or do you mean you can’t see an image?
