my iphone 3gs after restoring it only showed apple symbol and I left it whole night in the morning i saw my phone is switched off. i tried to trun on my iphone but it showed my battery red and a pulg in charging symbol. i pluged in charging to my loptop but my phone does not show any charging symbol the screen is black. i pluged it for about an hour. even it shows the same symbol and it is not getting charged. plz help me to restore and charge my iphone
pramod, clean your dock connector with some isopropyl alcohol etc. of any dirt or debris. Check the dock connector for any bend, broken or corroded pins. Try another cable to ensure the one you have works. Try to charge your iPhone on an AC adapter. If none of that works, replace the battery and re-evaluate. Hope this helps, good luck.
