Can someone please help me. My wifi on my iPhone 4s isn’t picking up any networks, they don’t appear under the wifi when it’s searching. Does anyone know what part would need replacing for it to work?
Sounds more than likely that the wifi chip is failing, this is a very common issue on the 4S. You would need to reflow the wifi chip, or replace it. :-)
You can replace the wifi antenna. It’s the one that sits on top of the headphone jack & plugs into the logic board. But in my experience that has never worked. Ged is right about the wifi chip
