Hi everybody First, excuse my poor english, I’m french. I’ll try to do it easily. My iPhone 5s reconize the charge (lightening logo) but the pourcentage of the battery doesn’t increase. The battery is new, the dock connector too. My iPhone is detected by iTunes but the lightening logo on iTunes is not present. Hi Anthony, If the device hasn’t been heavily dropped or liquid damaged, this is one sign of tristar chip damage (also commonly known as U2 IC damage) This is damaged by using things such as cheap cables, cheap battery packs etc. You would need someone with microsoldering skill and equipment to replace the tristar chip in your phone, this should solve your issue. :-)
