Chosen Solution
When I plug in my iPhone 6 to the computer, itunes recognizes it and the lock screen shows up. Once I insert the passcode, it freezes. Then after a few moments it restarts on its own. The few times that I’ve been able to get pass the lock screen, when I press the power button, it restarts again. I am stuck in this freezing and restarting loop.
Seems like it’s having the iOS issue. If it restarts and shows the loading wheel, the best fix is to connect it to itunes and update the iOS. During the process it will keep restarting but the update will continue.
