Hi my iphone 6 plus makes crazy things and more specific, opens apps itself, sends SMS, call to anyone and if i press the touch screen on the top, then freezes. I sent it to a repair store in Greece and they told me that is the chip that controls the touch and it is very usual to 6 plus because the metal frame is very thick, thus is very sensible to damages. Can you help me?
There are 2 things that could cause this: A bad screen or a bad chip. I would try starting with a new screen and if that doesn’t fix it, then you know its the chip. The chip does require some skill to replace. Good luck
