After having several damages, my phone works normally but yesterday, the screen went blank. Well, the phone works just like usual. It still can receive calls, messages, chats or any notifications, but the screen is black/blank maybe that’s caused by some system problems/errors that affect the screen. What do I do?
Try holding home + power button for 10 seconds and see if the screen shows display when you try to turn it on.
Have you tried to plug it into iTunes to see if it’s recognized?
