my Iphone 4 is all cracked . my power button wont work on it , only my home button will . when I plug it up to the charger all it does is make noise and vibrate . I let it stay on the charger all night and it still wont work . can you help ?
Amber what caused the damage? If you call the phone will it ring? it sounds like you could have battery damage and screen damage I assume from a drop . Start by replacing the battery if the screen still works test the phone once you put a new battery in . It is possible there is board level damage but wont know till you test with a new battery.
