In night I have plug my iPhone in charger the battery was full charged but I didn’t unplug it after one hour I have unplug the mobile that time the iphone was working but in the evening the mobile was not starting
It’s most probably just an unlucky coincidence, you may leave your phone plugged in for days or even months if needed without any issue. If you use cheaper after market charging cables those may cause issues preventing iPhone starting up because of damage to the logic board. If battery was old and worn out that maybe another cause. I’d suggest trying replacing battery as first troubleshooting step.
