My IPhone 6 fell on the Ground (ca. 1m) and then i tried using it.
But all of the sudden the IPhone made a weird Sound and shut off.
Since then it doesnt start or i tried to charge it but it wont.
If my Phone starts then it is in the Bootloop.
I changed the battery many times and the charging port but it doesnt help.
Could someone help me pls, because i have some important documents on it.
I would be so thankful, for your answers!

My IPhone is stuck in the bootloop and restarts everytime and my pc wont detect it
Replacement charge ports and batteries are notorious for low quality. You may have a defective replacement part. Otherwise, a boot-looping device can be caused by many things. Try these things (if you haven’t already) to see if anything helps: Try a hard reset (Home & Power button for 10 secs)Use a genuine Apple Lightning connectorUse a genuine Apple charging brick and let it charge overnightTry to connect it to different computers (mac/pc if possible) with an updated iTunesPut the phone in recovery mode (search DFU Mode). Careful, this can reset your data Use 3uTools for putting it in and out of Recovery ModeUse 3uTools to flash the firmware (you can’t downgrade)Check the condition of all the flexes (with magnification)Disconnect the Front Camera Ribbon from the logic board and reboot your phoneDisconnect the screen assembly completely and see if iTunes will recognize the phone. Otherwise, you may have a logic board issue. If you are uncomfortable doing these steps, consider finding a repair shop to do the troubleshooting. A shop that also does micro-soldering can go deeper if the problem is not modular in nature.
Try 3utools.com it’s a softboot, so hopefully you can keep your info
Did you try power it up without the plate screwed in over the lcd connectors as I know that if the lcd connector plates screws are in the incorrect holes this can cause the bootloop too. Is there and colour like red or blue that flashes after the apple logo for a short time?
The Real Fix:
- Power the Phone off (or wait for it to die)
- Open the phone
- Disconnect the internal battery
- Hold the power and home buttons down for 10-15 seconds
- Reconnect the battery and close the phone back up.
- Plug into power and the phone should be working.
- Do a battery calibration.
