Have you checked your charger? Try plugging it into different charging cables, and boxes. Can also use a voltmeter to check that there’s power coming from your charging cable. Also, check your charging port. You’d be surprised how dirty the charging port can get on iphones. If you can see lint or other debris inside, take a toothpick or something similar and get that out. If that doesn’t resolve, you’ll have to open it up and use a voltmeter to make sure there’s power going to the board.
