Im updating my phone Iphone 5s to be exact when the internet suddenly disconnect (No more wifi connection ) my phone suddenly turns off and not turning on what could be the possible deffect ? I cant restore it on itunes . Is this already a dead board ? How can i fix this thanks
Connect your device to your computer, and then launch iTunes of 3uTools to see what mode your device is in.
If it is in DFU mode or recovery mode, just easy flash your device to enter Normal mode.
I’ve never seen a case of this before. The way iDevices work is that it first downloads the software, disconnects from the Internet, then applies the update. I would first download the iPhone firmware on a computer with iTunes from http://www.iclarified.com/750/where-to-d… remember where you downloaded it Then plug your phone into the computer and put your phone into DFU mode. There will be a message if done properly that you need to restore your iphone. On a Mac hold Option on the keyboard, and click Restore. Then choose the firmware you downloaded. On a PC, hold the SHIFT on the keyboard, and click Restore. Then choose the firmware you downloaded. If this does not fix your issue, you do have a non related hardware problem. This will require different troubleshooting methods.
You could try entering DFU mode if none of the solutions above work.
