Hellow… i bought this iphone 5s from a guy a year ago… initially it had no problem but now its screen is separating from its body for a month or two… i’ve read on this site that if we claim it on the apple store they will replace it with another phone of same model… so basically what i want to ask is i don’t have its original box… woll they still replace this phone?? Or not???

You can claim a replacement at the Apple Store without a problem, but dont expect that they gonna give you another iPhone for free. If your iPhone is still in warranty (under a year from buying) and it not presents any signs of shock or dropping you might be eligible for a free remplacement.
