I tried to take my screen off and then replacing it back but when i turned on my phone it has black and white lines is my lcd screen broken??

I had that problem once, I took the Display ribbons off and re-inserted them back on, make sure they snap back in and they are not loose.

Yes make sure to clean the connectors after taking them off. Then make sure you hear connector clicking together like Legos to the motherboard.

Your screen had been broken LCD panel.
