You can order this part. It is the same bracket for the iPhone 5S and the iPhone SE. You can probably find it for less from Chinese suppliers but shipping times are usually much longer. Replacing this bracket is not absolutely necessary, it’s there to retain a solid Home Button connection in case of a minor impact.
