i have just synked my ipod & the screen says ok to disconnect which i did but the white line below ok to disconnect is only 75% accross. also a lock has appeared in the top left hand corner of screen. nothing works i cant even turn the ipod off can anybody help please
Try a force restart, for starters How to Force Restart an iPhone 5 I realize this is for an iPhone 5, but the principle is the same. Let us know, if this doesn’t take
