just bought this item online no sound or sound for the headset. the face plate was changed to white. probably means it was dropped alot in the process of changing the face plate the speaker got messed up somehow. help please dont know what to do
Look inside. If the speaker is missing, then that is a problem. Also, check if the headphone jack has anything in it. If it does, that can cause problems.
