I just bought this phone and then i hard reset it Than any of my earphones and my headset and it won’t work so i was sure it ’s a port problem … Can you please help me ?
Doesn’t sound software to me. Honestly, yes this is a real thing, sweat from your leg could cause this. Likely some amount of liquid damage. Sooo… Charger port repairs on these are reasonably difficult, as you need to remove the display to get in. With that being said you’ll have to buy a new display and a new charger port. Really not worth it to me. Where did you buy it from? If it’s a store or carrier, you could try to return it, if you cause a real scene and aren’t afraid of being on YouTube
