Chosen Solution
My keyboard randomly adds the “+” key as though someone is holding it down. Other times. it will randomly appear in a series of numbers like “$124+00.00”.This seems to happen whether using WORD, my on-line banking, or searching. I’ve tried disconnecting it from my computer but that only works sporadically. I’ve tried two different Magic Keyboards with number keys pads. The second keypad functioned properly for about 3 months, but has now started to do the same thing. Solutions??? Thanks, Michelle M.
I would bring both into an Apple Store to see what they say. Bring your purchase slips with you if you can.
