Try calling the manufacturer and your service provide. One of them should be able to reset the phone. (yes, you will probably have to do this from a different phone) I hope this helps!
The key combination stated in this forum is not working as well as in other forums its a complicated phone and unless you will have to do update to wipe all data on it go to http://software.sonymobile.com/update_se… download the files and run it follow the oncreen instruction
