My laptop is HP pavillion x360 convertible 14-dh0034TX I think its overheating Cause i try my ssd in pc motherboard and it perfectly fine booting But when i put it back my laptop it will freeze in logo of Hp loading Any suggestion?
Hi @kramies12, Try starting in safe mode and check if it boots OK. If it does then there is a driver problem. When booting in safe mode only generic Windows drivers are loaded and not drivers specific to the hardware in the laptop. If it does boot OK in safe mode then maybe check the video drivers first as these are the ones that usually cause the most problems. If you think that it is overheating, can you hear the fan operating or feel the air coming out of the fan vent when the laptop is on?
