My laptop doesnt turn on even when it is plugged to power & is charged for an hour. Ive even removed battery and try to power it up but still the same. Can virus in the computer be the cause of this??
Definitely not a virus - you’d still get something on the screen as it tried to boot up. If you get nothing on the screen at all and no lights come on it sounds like a motherboard problem.
