When I power up my laptop it beeps continously and fails to boot; it stops beeping only after removing battery.
Hi, Here is a link which interprets the beep codes of a Dell Inspiron 3521 and what is the most likely problem. The beeps repeat in a pattern, they should not be counted as a continuous stream. e.g a 4 beep problem is 4 beeps - pause, 4 beeps - pause ,4 beeps - pause, etc until you shut down laptop by holding the power button down until it shuts down. http://blog.parts-people.com/2014/06/25/… Hopefully this is of some help
