I left my laptop MacBook Pro mid 2012 for a week got back and tried turning it on but wasn’t working and it’s fully charged,pls how do I handle it

Unplug the magsafe adapter and battery. Press and hold the power button of r5 seconds. Hook it back up and you should get a spontaneous reboot.
