Chosen Solution
I got my screen fixed at a third party and now my laptop wont charge anymore. When I have it connected to power it shows the charging symbol, however it never does leave this screen. I really just want to know if I can buy parts to get it fixed or if it is just scrap metal.
Open up the bottom, disconnect battery and plug in the Magsafe, Mac should start on its own. If it does, with battery disconnected check that the flat cable connector between I/O board and logic board is properly seated. Cross fingers and try connecting the battery again. However, if the issue appeared only after the screen repair I would take the Mac back to the lab and ask them what you should do.
