Chosen Solution
My lcd tv has cloudy screen with white patches. When I tried to remove them, the top plastic layer seems to be coming off. The bottom layer is good and I can see the contents of tv but the top layer is cloudy. Please advise a solution or if it requires replacement of screeen.
@saf1979 based on the image you posted it looks like a bad LCD panel. I’d be looking into replacing the LCD panel.
