My Led TV screen turns on but doesn’t work. The lighting inside makes it look like its shattered but it’s not. Any suggestions?
@juan18 let us know what make and model your TV is. You also need to let us know what you mean by “screen turns on but doesn’t work.” This could be a main board issue (if the backlight comes on) or a panel issue. This is what really confuses me “The lighting inside makes it look like its shattered but it’s not”. Going by that, it is possible that you are looking at a bad /broken panel.
