my phone as usual i use it and then i put it on the charger as i sleep i woke up the next day and checked my phone and it wouldnt turn on i plugged it in and nothing happened then i put it in another outlet and it didnt work i tryed a new charger and it still isnt turning on its been 11hrs i dont know what to do please help
kiora, try a different battery. It is possible that you battery has failed. The other thing you could try is a soft reset first Press and hold the Power key for 10 seconds to reboot it. Of course you can also simply remove the battery and reinsert it after a few seconds. If that does not work, try a hard reset (You may lose all of your files, so do not do it if you have no backup). 1 Turn the power off. 2 Press and hold the Power/Lock key and Volume Down key on the back of the phone. 3 Release the Power/Lock Key only when the LG logo is displayed, then immediately press and hold the Power/Lock Key again. 4 Release all keys when the Factory hard reset screen is displayed. 5 Press the Power/Lock Key to continue or either of the Volume Keys to cancel. 6 Press the Power/Lock Key once more to confirm or either of the Volume Keys to cancel.
Hey! A little trick that I found to work is plugging my phone into my laptop USB port to charge and once that fails (which it will) then plug in into a 120 volt wall charger. I don’t know what it is but it works for me every time. Hope this helps!

My won’t turn on either. I filed an insurance claim and am getting a new one. But I have to send my old phone in. I was wondering how I can get all my info off of the old phone before I turn it in. I don’t want some one to get my info that is on that phone. How do I clear it all with it not turning on. Is there a hard drive from the phone I can remove?
