My top load washer will stop midwash, and the controls are on, but unresponsive like its frozen. When I unplug it and start over, it will do the same thing at about the same time. I’ve run a diagnostic test on it, and its normal. Any ideas?
I need more details like what part of the cycle is it happening. drain? fill? spin? agitate? It is probably just a sensor. like during drain until the sensor says it is empty it will not continue.
Hi @hollyw99 , Try running the test mode any see if any error codes show up. The errro codes and their meaning are on p.31 in the service manual
