Hi, My iPhone 6 fell to the floor and after that when I call somebody I can hear them speak in the “ear speaker” but they can’t hear me and if I put on the loud speaker they can hear me but I can’t hear them? Is there anything I should check or change?
Hard to tell what’s the issue, but it may well be a board issue given the fact you have two different parts apparently broken at once..possible but a bit unlikely. If you’re not scared by a little replacing parts work, you can try replacing these two. If the issue will still be there a board repair would be in order.
