i had os x 10.6 on my macbook core 2duo,when i wanted to upgrade it to os x 10.7 it wouldnt boot then so what i did is erasing the hard disk manually,finally i tried to install windows 7 but unfortinatly it didnt accept it.

Let’s back up here you want to upgrade to OS-X Lion 10.7 correct? Why are you messing around with MS Windows! All you’ll do is make more of a mess getting the system up and running. So do you have a retail version CD of Lion or are you using a USB or FireWire drive? If you are using a USB or FireWire drive it needs to be bootable to install the OS.
