Are replacement screens available for Michael Kors Access Bradshaw?
Hi all! My watch recently broke to. So I sent it to get fixed. The watch is actually made by fossil and you can find all the info on how to send it away on the fossil website. It took about 2 weeks but now my watch is good as new and my cracked screen was covered under warranty!! Good luck!

MK Watches are Made by Fossil Group. Their watches and smartwaches have a 2 year warranty defects from normal use. But client experiences show Fossil will change the LCD of a smartwatch at no extra cost. Can’t asssure it will always do it, but for the moment, that’s been the case.
Can someone please give me the website for a MK smartwatch . I purchased it from Dillard’s for my husband for our Anniversary in Sept of 2018 well on yesterday he dropped it and the screen cracked . I want to send it off to see if I can get it repaired I don’t have my receipt at least I don’t know where it is . I looked on my act and I purchased it on 9/14/18. Please help me !!!!
I accidentally put my Michael Kors smart watch on dim, Now that it’s on dim the screen is dark , I can’t see anything on screen to take it off dim . Where can I take it to get if off dim,
For repairs - go to the website https://support.fossil.com/hc/en-us/arti… Fill out the form, get a repair request number and just follow the instructions. Sending mine in today so I’m unsure what the outcome or cost will be for a cracked screen.
My watch screen smashed so I sent it off to fossil they they informed me they no longer make the Bradshaw watch (which was only purchased 1year ago ) so can not fix it and as it was a gift I do not have the Warranty so all they could do was offer me 30% off a new watch, I was willing to pay the £114 to get it fixed as I understand Not providing the warranty could of caused a problem. I find the service quite appalling
