My new 1 TB SSD from Ifixit is not being recognized by my Mac. So I installed my original 251 GB SSD back and it booted fine, tried new 1 TB again and it still failed. I receive file folder icon with flashing “?”. Therefore, I then tried booting My MacBook Pro with “Command R” sequence and it only recognizes the factory installed 2 GByte MAC OS partition. I think the Ifixit drive is faulty. Please let me know if there is something I am missing or should try? Otherwise, please provide me the proper shipping info. to ship it back to you so that I can get it replaced. Thank you for your time regarding this matter. Tim Prunty Timco Collaborations, LLC
