i cant turn on my new tomtom via1435tm and regiter
Take it back to the store and get one that will turn on. It’s covered under warranty. I would not get it fixed since it was defective from the start.
You have to keep the reset button on for at least 20 seconds. If a funny screen comes up, press the button again (no need to hold). It worked
