My charger has a light on it adaptor to whenever i plug in my phone to charge its glows…but today, i put my phone on charge (button was off)and the light started to glow….i opened the button…but phone is not charging!!…what to do?
I would try a different charger if you have one just to verify that the charging cable or block aren’t the issue. It is also possible that the charging port on your device has failed which can happen due to liquid damage or just time with wear and tear. The port is a replaceable part so the device should be fixable.
