So when I tried to edit something on my phone with picsart, my phone suddenly lagged, I couldn’t exit the app then I turned off my phone and then it got opened but with a black screen on it. I tried to long press the power button and it showed a dialogue box that should have a text but it has nothing on it. Please help.
What happens when you press/hold power+volume down?
