my phone cannot work when power on, only ran logo of samsung previously i used till lowerest battery and shut down. then, i recharged and restart, but only ran logo how can i do?
White Samsung logo or animated Samsung logo. Animated Samsung logo usually is fixed by reflash firmware via Odin without losing data. White Samsung logo you will probably have to wipe phone but try flashing firmware first. You can download firmware from updating or sammobile. Make sure it matches correct model number of phone.
