i have a asus max…. at first there is no problem with the unit but after a month or two the unit no longer have signal. i already tried to restore factory set the phone twice but still nothing happened. i tried to use different sim cards still nothing happens… can someone please help me fix my phone.
Hi, If you have only had the phone for a couple of months, check the manufacturer’s warranty documentation that came with the phone, for what you have to do to make a warranty claim for a repair or replacement.
