So the problem started with a usual lightning port cleaning. It was full of dirt. I did not had any tools for is so i grabbed a needle and carefully removed all the dirt out of it. Suddenly my iphone wont take full charge. It charges, but it does not indicate it, and it is szuper slow.I went to a service and there the port was completely replaced, but nothing changed. we dont have any clue what we need to do to fix it edit: i forgot that little fact that my earbuds and my lightning-jack converter does not work too,

Using a metal needle inside a powered charge port, you may have accidentally shorted some adjacent pins with the power pin. This in turn, could cause damage to the I/O circuitry (commonly referred to as Tristar) which would give you the symptoms you describe. First, there is a possibility that the replacement charge port is defective so you could try another one. Otherwise, I would suggest you have this phone looked at by a repair shop that does micro-soldering work as they can troubleshoot the problem better.

Your next step is to replace your battery. Sounds odd that you started having these issues after a cleaning but it definitely sounds like a battery issue. iPhone 7 Battery
