Check your battery health using the downloadable Mac OS X application called Coconut battery which you can download here: http://www.coconut-flavour.com/coconutba… Once you have downloaded / installed / runned it plug your iPhone 5c via a lightning cable to computer and trust device then it should be able to report battery information on screen via laptop. 65% battery health or lower is when you definitely want the battery replaced. A lot of times a simple restore (Make iTunes backup first) which will reflash the system firmware on the phone via iTunes can fix rapid battery drain issues if battery health is still normal.
