Hi, Check that the call forwarding setting is disabled. Go to Menu > Phone (or Call)> Settings > Call Settings > Voice call Settings > Call Forwarding (it may be slightly different for your phone)

My phone will answer without no ringtones and people can hear me at job without me know phone is on
